We commit ourselves to checking on every vacant listing once every 2-3 days while it is vacant. We run some water, double check locks and windows, and make sure everything stays in working order!

Especially in our wisconsin winters homes can easily break a pipe, become targets for robbers and squatters or a whole slew of other issues

Electronic Document Signing

As we are going through the home sale process, there is a number of documents to sign. We easily do this for all out of state clients through docusign.

Concierge Service

Whatever you need as you ready the home for sale we are on it! We can arrange for house cleaning, estate sales, cleanout service, repairmen, inspectors etc. We know many reputable service companies and people in the areas we serve and becuase of our on going refferals they always give our clients great rates!
